Solved: account in the negative (minus)

My account balance is a negative number..meaning that O2 owes me! Can I get thus money transfered back to my bank account???

Yes you can. Call cs to arrange but note it can take up to 14 days.

This money owed could be offset against your next bill.

Contact O2 Customer Services on 202 to discuss your account options if your wanting this money back.
