Hi, i want to change my accounts ownership from my dad to myself. How can i do this because the customer services phone line keeps hanging up on me.

Hi @OB19
You need to apply for a contract in your own name and pass the credit checks etc.
You can then get your Dad to transfer the old number to your new account.
PS. do this when you are due for an upgrade or you will have to pay cancellation fees on your current contract.
