I have just migrated my O2 number to a new phone on a new O2 monthly contract. I log into my account and it says I have no products registered. I put in my mobile number I then receive a code which I input but still am unable to view my bill and the sign in to my account box reappears.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. if you send them a message on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG), or you can call 202 from your o2 phone
