i am meant to pay my bill today and they have taken the money out of my account but i dont get paid until this wednesday the 29th so i was wondering will my bill be canceled or is there away i can change the date that i get billed

It won't change this month, but if you call customer service, they can change it for next month.

Advice from an O2 Guru to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

You can change your billing date, although it won't come into effect until next month.

If the direct debit fails because there are insufficient funds in your bank then the direct debit will fail and your account will then be in arrears.
You really need to speak to the payment management team but the system will automatically disconnect you.
