dear sir/madam 

i just recharge 10 but balance zero , whats wrong ?

and how to know my sim validity 

please help needed

You are not talking to O2 here, to contact o2 customer service please see details here http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

However, I can guess that you have a bundle on your sim card, so when you top up, the money is taken to buy allowances.

If you look in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 it will explain which tariff you are on.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
