Does anyone know how to remove the Your Family Bolt on?

I ma being charged £7.65 for something I don't use and I cannot get through to O2 to get it removed as there is no option online or through the app.

@MI5 Many thanks for the info, unfortunately they are just dropping calls and referring people to online or the O2app which is of no help as it can't be done there and the online chat seems to have been dropped as well.

Just been made redundant and that is a £7.65 charge that I can do without.

You could try the free number on Skype. Should work from the mobile too
