While playing YouTube videos it plays like 1minute of any video and goes back to reloading and starts again when I use the O2 Internet but with my home wife it's fine

You can't uninstall it. You can only uninstall updates.

What was the result of your speedtest?

I did a virus scan on my phone it found 1 threat some tubemate so I uninstalled it and restarted phone now it's working fine it's weird
