YouTube problem

While playing YouTube videos it plays like 1minute of any video and goes back to reloading and starts again when I use the O2 Internet but with my home wife it's fine

It's possible the buffering is due to your masts being overloaded etc.

Check your masts status.

Try giving your sim a clean.

Can you access internet pages ok on 3G/4g ?

What data symbol are you getting on your phone when it happens

Oh ok I will check the service status @Anonymous and I am getting the H+ sign @Anonymous

Ok h+ should be enough to play without buffering may be worth clearing the cache as well

I did the service check it says I should be getting everyone 2g3g4g fine @Anonymous

Try deleting the app and try again.

Also check any settings in your phone which may be restricting data usage.

But before all that try turning your phone off and back on to reset it.

Are you using the YouTube app if so then try clearing the history if your not going through the app then in your browser settings will be an option to clear cache and data
