Hi

I am due my yearly upgrade in March and was wandering if I have to upgrade to specific devices

I currently have an iPhone X but want the galaxy note 9.

Would appreciate if someone could help me with this.

You can upgrade to any phone you want.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Not anymore.. that has been withdrawn since the introduction of the flexible tariffs, but you can still choose to pay off your device plan yourself and upgrade at anytime.

So just to clarify. When my yearly upgrade is due. I can go to any device I want. It doesn’t need to be an iPhone.
