If you want the warranty to be preserved it will have to go to a SONY approved repairer, such as O2, SONY service centre or Carphonewarehouse. High street repair shops will repair it cheaper but your remaining warranty will be void if anything goes wrong with it later on.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi,

Check household or bank account as some give Mobile Phone insurance / cover.

You could check with the phone manufacturer, o2 repairs or a stand alone high street mobile repair shop.
