I cannot find any help resource for this but I am unable to make or recieve calls on my iphone XR.
Upgraded my phone over the Christmas period and I thought my phone had been extra quiet.
It is only when I had a family emergency and I tried to make a call did I realise that there was a problem.
I have tried flipping airplane mode on and off but no joy.
Tips please?

@C_Cosgrove do you have the sim from your old phone in the new XR?
Is there an O2 signal showing top left of the screen?

@C_Cosgrove Try another O2 sim in the phone or go to your local o2 store & they will give you a new sim & sim swap for free & they’ll do it for you

Ah! Could not find it that earlier for looking but it seems a service mast is out of action. Lovely stuff, thanks.
Hopefully it gets fixed soon @C_Cosgrove
Best of luck...:smileywink:
