Wrongfully charging you to cancel!

Has anyone else had problems with 02 when changing to a different provider with them charging you for your apple watches full price when you leave even though you purchased at a separate time? They have now closed my account so I can’t discuss this with anyone?

That's covered in the T&C's unfortunately and states just that.

  1. If you or O2 cancel the Paired iPhone Airtime Plan then your Watch Airtime Plan will be disconnected and, if applicable, you will also need to repay any Device Plans for your Apple Watch and Paired iPhone in full. You will receive debt collection letters for all relevant unpaid elements.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
