Wrong contract added - complaint customer services

Hi,

I would like to put a complaint with regards to the last order that was placed by mistake by your sales team. I have asked an additional number to be added to my exciting airtime plan as per the notes posted in my account. However the sales person I spoke to has changed my contract . This is not what I clearly requested. The service provided was very poor and I would like this is to be immediately reverted

 

Please can you urgently call me back to resolve this matter

You need to contact O2 directly, this is only a customer forum, @AKG 

contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

This is not O2 but a community of customers like yourself. Nobody from O2 will read your post.

Maybe worth contacting Sales

Sales team, you can call them on 0800 081 0255

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
