Wrong colour of phone on order

Ordered the new Samsung galaxy s21 last night in violet but checked an email this morning to see that grey was on it....? Can anyone advise me or help me sort it out? Or tell me its a mistake 🙃

You'll need to call O2.

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

@Rebecca212 I will offer you the same suggestion as someone else who posted a few days ago with the same issue. As you have such an expensive phone I'm sure you want to protect it. Why not just buy a protective case in the colour that you like and save yourself the hassle of having to go through a return if the colour isn't to your liking?
