My daughter phoned 02 to get her phone that was stolen blocked and the adviser blocked the sim she was using instead! I have gave yous both imei numbers as it's a 2 sim phone and the code I was given was rejected! My grand daughter keep very ill health and it is very important she has a phone to contact the doctors, hospitals ect. Yet I notice 02 is still happy to bill me every month for a sim that can't be used! I am highly stressed and worried about my daughter and grandchild especially when phone calls are our only way of contact. Please help us?!

O2 won't speak to you unless your daughter is with you.

Perhaps get a pay and go sim until the issue is sorted out.
