Wrong billing and inability to be able to contact O2 via email!!!help please

I have been transferred over to pay as you go with emigrating to Canada,however they have just sent me a bill which they demand as unpaid!!i cannot and haven't used my phone abroad and I still have credit on my phone from my last top up!!!however I cannot find an email address to contact anyone from O2 to discuss!!!help please?thanks zoe

If you were on contract before you transferred to PAYG, did you pay your final bill, or did you cancel your direct debit before the final bill was raised?

also during the migration period did you go overseas and take the sims woth you? as thisbwould stop the migration.

also your final bill is po rata to the date of migration assuming your out of contract + any overage like mms int calls texts etc so billing could be correct as if the migration wemt through ok your contract qould have canceled
