Solved: Re: Wrong address

My order has been dispatched after adding a delivery address since the stores are closed, problem is it is the wrong address, I have had dpd halt the delivery today but I can't get hold of 02 to change the address.
How can I sort this?

Thankfully the courier has changed my address to the correct one, they're not supposed to but given the circumstances they've come through top notch

Only by calling I'm afraid

You need them to change your address for delivery and they need to contact the courier.
