Wrong Tariff

I’ve just joined o2. I signed up to 30gb tariff through a reseller. Checked the My o2 app, I’m only on a 3gb tariff. They say they sent my details to o2 on a 30gb plan.
Who do I contact at o2? Tried the phone lines (theft only). I’m still within 14days returns.

It's the reseller you should be in contact with @Anton123 , not O2. If it was a 30GB tariff you had been sold, then that would be shown in your tariff in My O2.

However, if you want to get in touch with O2, they open at 8am and you could try then

Thanks for replying. I contacted the resellers first (they’re are also looking into this) but they advised contacting 02 as well.

Do you have a number for them? I’ve tried the chat and the phone numbers I have ate for theft etc only.
