The O2 has taken £227 pound from my account. I do not know how they took and why they took I would kindly ask a refund for that

You will need to contact Payment Management 

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217. 

 

The opening times are:

 

Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm

 

Saturday – 8am to 6pm

 

Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Usually due to arrears on the account

They then take the full default payment

You need to call as above
