@Emma31

You can upgrade through your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

In any O2 store, or by calling O2 on 202.

If 202 doesn't work, the best number to get through seems to be
0800 587 4005

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

All stores (except Scotland) are open, so if you pop into your local store they can help you with an upgrade. They maybe able to help you recycle your broken phone, and you may get some money for it. If you cannot receive text on your old phone make sure you take a driving licence or passport with you
