I left my phone, Nokia 1020, in the O2 store to be send to repair due the microphone was not working, basically this was not function correctly, when I was making calls people were not able to listening my voice. When I was using the record facility microphone was working and my voice was recorded.
You gave me back without repairing it and with the screen not working, and 2 hits on it that were not there before, is this the O2 service? Is that why we pay the higgest rates on the market to get your phone instead of repair with more damage? It's incredible after more than 7 yeras in UK as an O2 customer, this never happen to me before, is the worst customer experience never had.
Kind regards,
Alvaro Jimenez

You also need to check the phones IMEI number as you may have been given the wrong phone back.

I really hope @Anonymous doesn't think they have emailed O2 directly with that complaint? I can only hope they come back and read the advice given on here...:
