Went into store in the end, they have no idea why emails gone out saying collect tomorrow (they think it might be automated once past 12pm) but didn't need a 4 digit code, just some photo id and was back out in about 2 or 3 minutes.

Very easy once you get in the actual store.

We have posts on here where the shop won't hand over device unless you have that 4 digit code!

However, with 6 devices they probably know all your details 😂
