Wont let me pay bill or use phone to call services to do so

Hi , I have two accounts that I pay for and they have registered only one so I can’t pay for my other phone on this account so rhey have deactivated and when I try and go to the payment line it says I don’t owe anything as I have paid for the device monthly payment but it won’t give me a option to pay the airline one help

Hi Andy,

 

You will need to call customer services again.

 

When you call you'll be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else.
Press 5 for More Options.
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you through to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.

Hi there thank you for your advice but I’m afraid all my calls are now being directed straight to the payment line where it tells me I owe 0.00 and then hangs up

My working hours are Monday 08:00 - 18:00, Tuesday - Friday 08:00 - 14:00
