Hi, I paid an extra £300 deposit and I'm looking to withdraw it now the correct time has passed

Just a reminder that return of deposits are only due after 3 months of on time payments and should appear on your 4th bill. In case you have no access to social media, then contact O2 on any number in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
