@Bambino I easily finish 5gb cus i'm out watching youtube videos or searching the internet ...but thanks for the advice I will try 2 use wifi more

Watching YouTube videos will definitely use up a lot of data very quickly. I am also on an unlimited data legacy contract like jonsie is, so I don't worry about my usage.

O2 provides lots of free WiFi hotspots, so you should seek them out when you can. Also, some broadband providers offer free WiFi hotspots. I know BT and Sky offer this service.

The only other alternative you have is to increase your data tariff. I'm sure O2 would be more than happy to take your money for that.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

Hi lifeishard2014 how are ya?

To be honest most mobile operators have moved away from it as they see data as the cash cow they need to replace dwindling call and text charges.

Even Three have started to remove tethering from their unlimited packages so watch this space there especially if Three acquires o2.

The current reality is that there is too much demand and not enough spectrum so personally I would be surprised.

I would also question how much data people need? I get 5gb and easily manage with half that and that is with plenty of streaming although I am using more and more as I have 5gb available lol

Short answer I believe is no.

As we now see data allowances are getting bigger but unlimited is a thing of the past for O2 IMO.

You've answered your own question. Why would O2 bring back unlimited data when you're a big data user and they can charge you for it?
