Do have to close this account or will it just automatically end at the end of its term? It’s ended and offering me upgrades but new deals are better than the upgrade options so I want this deal to end and finding it very difficult to get in touch

You contract will continue on a rolling 30 day basis, meaning you can upgrade at anytime.

If the new deal is with a 3rd party then you can take that and then migrate (move) your existing number across which stops the old deal @Matt616.
Alternatively get in touch with sales/retentions to see if they can give you the new deal as a staying customer.
