Will I be asked to pay for phone in full upon airtime plan cancellation?

Hello,

I am on flexible O2 Refresh plan where I also have a phone contract for another 2 years. My circumstances have changed and I might be moving abroad.

My concern is whether O2 is going to ask me to pay for the phone in full if I give 30 days notice to cancel airtime plan. Currently, airtime plan and device plan come as separate bills.

Hi @telefonman 

Once you give notice of cancellation, that involves the airtime as well as the device. You can't cancel airtime on it's own
