Wifi underground

Hello, I have always used the o2 WiFi underground on the virgin WiFi via o2 network log in, however recently after the page loads and I select o2 wifi, it asks for my phone number which usually connects me but it now says there’s an error and I can’t be logged in. Have tried with 4g standing outside the tube also but won’t work...the WiFi extra also doesn’t work? Any suggestions appreciated! Thank you!

You'll need to call customer service to report it.

They may be able to reset your account to allow you to register again..

When it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.
