I am trying to set up WiFi calling on my Samsung S20 but it is not showing anywhere on the phone. I have followed all suggestions from the Internet, it just isn't there.
Logged on to MyO2 where I am told to go to device details but I cannot for the life of me find a device details heading anywhere!
I tried looking for somewhere to link my phone to my account but can't find that either!!
Anyone out there who can help?

Unfortunately yes.

Customer service will need to change the type of phone showing on your account.

It's here in your myo2

wifi on.PNG

Customer services need to activate it too on your account.

If all that is done and still not showing, turn off phone and remove sim.

Turn phone back on and replace sim once phone has booted up (phone still on).

This should force the settings to your phone.

Thanks, I tried all that but no joy. For some reason the system is still recognising my previous phone. I guess I'll have to suffer the pain of talking to O2 direct
