My wifi extra on the london underground stopped working last week. My iphone fails to automatically connect to it when entering a station (which it has done normally for over a year). It wont connect if i manually select wifi extra. I have tried everything suggested on the forums and websites but still won't work. I have contacted support and after messaging them for 4 days got nowhere. I haven't changed my phone. The virgin wifi also does not work. Any help appreciated, thank you.

WiFi on the underground has been down at certain stations this last week or so..

Many reports of the same issue unfortunately.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
