Does the Wi-Fi control actually switch on or is it stuck in off?

If it switches on, do any networks actually display? If so, what error do you get (if any) when you try and connect or does it just stick on connecting?

Try these instructions to reset the networking furnctions (note your phone may momentarily report no service as this also causes the mobile network to be disconnected thus forcing a reauthentication with the mobile network)

Make sure you have your Wi-Fi password to hand

  1. Switch on the device by pressing the Power key for a few seconds.
  2. Then select Settings and Advanced settings.
  3. After that choose Backup & reset.
  4. Now tap Network Settings Reset.
  5. Finally select Network Settings Reset, and accept this process by tapping Network Settings Reset one more time.

Have you tried rebooting first?

Can you think of anything that changed just before the fault occurred?
Any new apps, app updates or firmware updates?
