I’ve tried to enabled WiFi calling on my phone but a message comes up to contact O2. I’ve left a message on their web chat yesterday but heard noting back. Would it be possible to enable WiFi calling on my tariff and someone from O2 customer services to contact me?

No it doesn't work like that. Sorry.
O2 need to activate it on your account first, if not done so already.
Call them on any of these numbers Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Once that's done, you need to enable it in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
