Hello, I've just recently switched to o2. I bought a Samsung Galaxy S20 plus 5G. I can not activate WiFi calling for this, apparenlty o2 don't support WiFi calling for this handset, is that correct? Can anyone help, I get terrible signal where I live and presumed WiFi calling was a staple now on all phones! Thank you

Yes, it is supported.

You need customer services to enable wifi calling on your account.

You then need to turn it on in your MyO2

If it still isn't working after this, turn off your phone and remove sim.

Turn phone back on and when fully booted up, replace the sim.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

You will need to contact customer services to enable the service.

call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

However just so you are aware upgrade to Android 11 first then ask for it to be enabled
