O2 have disabled wifi calling on my phone; I have requested this be enabled numerous times to O2, each time they confirm it is authorised and will be enabled within 24 hours but it’s still barred asking me to request access via O2 customer service?!?!? Any ideas why O2 won’t allow me to enable wifi calling?
