I’ve just moved onto a sim only plan from Vodafone. We have always relied on WiFi calling as we have no signal at our house. O2 say they have enabled WiFi calling, and when I look on the app it says they have but each time I try to turn it on in my iPhone settings it says it needs to be turned on by 02 and to contact them. Can anyone help?

@GarethDC

Lots of issues with this just lately.

It's taking a good few days for it to kick in on handsets.

Around 4 to 5 days after activation currently.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Keep rebooting each day a few times and hopefully it will appear in your settings soon.
