Evening everyone.

I have moved across to O2 in the last few days and I am hoping to be able to utilise the WiFi calling facility as the mobile signal is near non existent when at home.
I have a Redmi 9 note pro which will allow for WiFi calling and I have enabled the settings under My O2 although it does state this can take 24 hours to activate.
Can anyone assist me if this is possible to do on my phone, or am I going to have to move across to another network?

Many thanks for any advice you can offer. Have a great evening.

It's not on the approved list here https://www.o2.co.uk/connectivity/wifi-and-4g-calling

That doesn't mean it won't work, it's just that there is no support from O2 to get it working.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
