WiFi calling not working

WiFi calling has been very useful to me as I get no signal where I live however today it has switched itself off in my iPhone settings. I have tried switching it back on but it says I need to do this on my o2 account. When I go to the account it says it is already switched on. I’ve restarted my phone, disconnected and reconnected to my WiFi and reinstalled the my o2 app but still can’t get it working. I cannot call o2 due to the lack of signal in my area. I am a key worker and need this to work in order to work from home tomorrow. Has anyone else had this issue or know how to solve it?

@Emma96 I don't know much about WiFi calling, not having to use it myself. I will tag @MI5 who I know does know about this, but he may not be on again until morning. 

The only other thing I can suggest apart from what you've already done is to turn your router off and then back on and go through all the steps again.

Sounds like an issue at account level with O2 rather than at your phone. 

I'm afraid your only option would be to try customer service to check your account.

You can use Skype to contact them as you are without a phone.
