Hi,

I'm a nurse and have just come home to help out with the coronavirus for about 6-8 weeks. I've no Wi-Fi and am using a lot of my data (only have 6g per month currently) I've looked into Wi-Fi but can only see 18 monthly subscriptions which will be no use for me. Does anyone know if o2 are doing any deals in this current situation to help people like me out?

Thanks,

Nicky (N. Ireland)

Sadly not although we are campaigning for you.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

So many people are asking this. Only BT have offered this as yet so one of the main network providers needs to make the first move.

Why can't that network be O2?

Cannot add to what has already been said I'm afraid, hopefully they will sort something out.

Just wanted to say Thank You for all that you do every day.

Stay safe.

Just to add BT have only removed caps on Broadband they are not removing any caps from BT Mobile or EE Data services..

Sky and Virgin are adding 10Gb of data for 1 month .
to Pay Monthly customers.

Thank You @Nickynoodles for all your hard work slight_smile
