I've lost my phone couple days ago, block it using life o2 chat and ordered new SIM.
Found my phone now, but with new card cant find network. SIM is activated should work. Do I have any other restrictions on it or my phone is damaged. ?

If the phone has been IMEI blocked O2 will need to remove the block. Contact customer service and make sure they have also removed the bar on your sim card as well.

The sim bar can be removed instantly. An IMEI bar can take days to remove but best option is to contact customer service for confirmation that there is a block on the phone.
