Why is my bill higher

Upgraded last month via carphonewearhouse £39 a month I was given the deal at. The bill comes in this month £58. How does that work. And he’s do course I can’t possibly speak to a human being right now because they couldn’t give a stuff as long as they still get there money.

Hi there I have just tried to call o2 via 202 and also the 0800 number and I've got no where I've been trying all day and now it's starting to annoy me. All it does is go quiet and then says bye and hangs up. I need to speak to someone about my bill ASAP.
