Hi @pm91

As we have no access to your account you will need to call customer services Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Just querying whether you have exceeded your allowances? You can check your bill in My O2

@pm91

Where did you buy from?

Sites such as Mobiles.co.uk offer cashback which reduce the overall monthly cost when claimed but O2 will still charge the full pre discount price.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Good morning @pm91 , how are you getting on with this at the moment? Did any of the advice above help you find out more about your bill amount? slight_smile
