Why is my O2 Service still not available?

The O2 network in my area has been down since before lunchtime yesterday (BD22 area) - does anyone know why please?

Our network is currently working fine

We've been working on phone masts in this area in the past 24 hours. Sorry if you couldn't use your phone.

Updated 12:00 (refreshed hourly). Recent faults might not show yet.

They have been doing work there

In the end, i had to restart (one of the HTC phone options) and delete temporary files and close all apps - it worked and solved another problem that i have been having - my phone kept showing me in the same location for several weeks and didn't update - very odd.
