Why is my O2 Service still not available?

The O2 network in my area has been down since before lunchtime yesterday (BD22 area) - does anyone know why please?

Status checker say's the network is OK for BD22. Have you tried your phone in another location?

I am now in BD18 and there is still 'no service'. Have tried turning phone off and back on - still no service 😞

I would contact o2 to check there are no account related issues.

Or get a replacement sim from o2 store and get them to swap over your details etc.

If the signal is not working in more than one area points to sin / handset / account issues

but bd18 has a mast issue http://status.o2.co.uk/ enter your postcodes there full ones and before searching hit voice issues on right hand side

hi my 02 mobile network has been dwn since yesterday lunchtime im not happy i had important calls im waiting on no1 can even call me or txt im so unhappy, anyone know wots going on thata a whole day without my fone wot if i needed it its no even lettin me call 02 kwam arghhhhh :womanmad:

Anyone else on O2 having network problems, have you tried your sim in another phone?

Have you tried cleaning your simcard and rebooting your phone?

im in eh11 is my postcode and i cnt even get call or txts in its shocking
