Unfortunately you have to call 202 to cancel your contract. Live chat cannot do this and will tell you to call.

You can, however, obtain a PAC from live chat, which will effectively cancel your contract when used to port your number to another network.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

If you wish to cancel your O2 Broadband Contract, whereas O2 suggest 7 days notice be given, BskyB suggest 30 days.

Be warned - if you telephone O2, you will be transferred to some Call Centre Clerk within BskyB, and whereas you wish to give notice of cancellation, the Sales Clerk within BskyB may adopt an aggressive sales pitch and try to sign you up to a Satellite TV Package.
