This is the most unfriendly service ever. Why can’t I just have a button to say leave us now? Or an option to say if you’re wanting to leave us do this? Everything is so obfuscated and I just can’t go get an option but I just want to leave! For the last 3 months my son who has been using this o2 service said he didn’t want it anymore so why should I continue to get billed on a monthly rolling contract? Can somebody please show me how to end this pain? I have lost all respect for o2 right now. In the meantime they just continue to bill me up
