Not having easy access to chat online makes calling a hinderance and a very challenging process, for a quick resolution.
Why is O2 making this so difficult!

Chat only works when there is someone available.

At the moment social media seems the best

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
