Why is BB Text & Web tariff or bolt on no longer available?

Anonymous
Not applicable
My partner recently changed his tariff from BB text & web to the big bundle because of a change of phone. But since then, his phone broke and had switch back to using a blackberry only to find out after topping up that he couldn't change his tariff back or add a bolt on for his BB services.

@Anonymous is our resident blackberry man in the know.

I know the older models needed it and the newer ones didn't.

I've tagged him into this post to await his answer to you.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Yes, the option is there in the information. But to actually add the bolt on, there is nothing for it.

Best option would be to call customer service then and ask them to add it manually.

When you go into my O2 it should be there under data options as long as you've told it at the top that you are using a blackberry if you can't find it customer services will do it for you

I suspect at the top of the my O2 page where it says which phone are you using it's not set to blackberry
