Not sure I'm posting this in the right place but maybe someone can advise. I was driving in Surrey earlier when I got a flurry of texts that appeared to be from 02 Roaming saying Welcome to Dubai and advising me of Roaming charges etc. I didn't open them because my scam radar is on red alert right now. But now I'm worried I'm going to get charged or that might phone security is not tight somehow.

Why would 02 think I am in Dubai from the South Downs?

@LAM

You should call O2 to see where the system thinks you are.

Numbers here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
