Why does O2 make it difficult to get in touch?

Hi,

So I am trying to get help with a contract/upgrade issue but when seeking help from O2 I have to use the virtual assistant - which is useless.  I have tried calling 202 but I am stuck in a queue.  I can't get help through chat as the Virtual Assistant kills this off before getting there.

So why do O2 make it so hard to actually get help?

I can't use the community for the assistance I need as it needs an O2 employee to actually assist me.  So come on O2, stop hiding and et on the front line and help your customers!

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255
Thanks

Hi,

Thanks for the response, I only have Instagram and they haven't replied there either.  It's a bit mad that I have to use a Social Media platform to get their help as a paying customer and odd they have just slowly killed off webchat - which was always the most useful way of sorting issues when at work!

I will continue to wait on 202..........

Cheers

Try the direct line to sales I gave you above.
