Why does 02 block access via 4g to CCTV cameras?

Having been with O2 for decades it's finally dawned on me that it's time to change provider sadly....

I have a home CCTV system that I have had no issues accessing remotely via 4g an now, all of a sudden O2 have blocked me from accessing it...
Searching the forums I've found that O2 are the only network to do this? Why?
Why pay a contract bill when I can't use the services properly?
I've checked my router access and my home network is fine....
I can access my CCTV from my handset if I scramble my devices IP address.
I've reset network settings etc but still can't access my home CCTV

You will have to call I'm afraid. It seems that O2 are blocking ports whch is a question of why and only they can assist you.
